Sentinel Holdings and The ATM King agreed to terms regarding the investment of operating capital in the ATM King, following the award of an exclusive contract to the ATM King by Charles E. Smith Reality of Crystal City, Virginia. Initial plans call for the placement of an additional eight machines in the first quarter of 2001.
